Forecast for Baltimore, Maryland and District of Columbia Bain and today; rain tomorrow, possibly changing to snow and colder. General Conditions. The disturbance that was central over Utah Sunday night has moved southeastward to Southern New Mexico and Western Texas and a trough of relatively low pressure extends northeastward to Western Quebec.

Pressure remains low north of Newfoundland and another disturbance is moving rapidly east-southeastward over the Pujet Sound Region. Pressure remains high from the Ohio and Lower Mississippi valleys eastward beyond Bermuda. The southwestern disturbance will move northeastward and it will be attended by precipitation, mostly in the form of rain within the next thirty-six hours over practically all sections east of the Mississippi river, except the Florida Peninsula. The rain will likely change to snow tonight or tomorrow from the Ohio Valley and the Lower Lake Region eastward. The temperature will continue to rise in the Atlantic and East Gulf States today, but colder weather will again overspread the Lower Lake Region, the Ohio Valley, Tennesse and the East Gulf States tonight and tomorrow, and the Atlantic Sta tes north of Florida during tomorrow and tomorrow night.

Yager Hudson, 68 years old, one of the most prominent business leaders of this county, died his home in Shenandoah last night from paralysis. 1 A native of near Luray, Mr.
